McCormick Sr. and Ann Potocki McCormick, and brother, Patrick J. McCormick Jr., he is survived by his wife, Patrice Walsh McCormick; daughters, Dawn McCormick Dahm and Kim Bejma; grandchildren, Timothy and Tanner Dahm, and Eric, Tyler, Antoinette, and Alexis Bejma; brother and sister-in-law, Joseph and Nancy McCormick; sister-in-law, Ellen McCormick; several nieces and nephews; a very special friend, Josephine "Mommy Jo" Gagliardi; and his furry companions, Little Johnny and Pina Rose.
